Estive espontaneamente no Steigenberger Hotel Cologne de 26 a 27 de dezembro de 2021. Segundo a Internet e o Google, um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Colônia. Não tinha feito reserva através de um portal online e "apenas fui" à recepção e pedi um quarto por uma noite.Isso também foi possível sem problemas. Na minha opinião, o check-in demorou relativamente, mas não foi um problema. A regra 2-G foi controlada adequadamente.À primeira vista, o quarto estava limpo e limpo. Incrivelmente hostil. Eu queria reservar um quarto para a próxima semana no dia 24 de dezembro às 12h25 e fui tratado de forma mais rude do que nunca. Se o atendimento no telefone for tão ruim assim, posso imaginar como será no local. Então prefiro me esforçar e procurar outro hotel. Não recomendado!!!

Quarto um pouco gasto por dentro. Janela extremamente suja. No desjejum, infelizmente, ocorreu uma situação desagradável, pois os pratos limpos eram colocados a milímetros ao lado dos sujos. A equipe foi amigável e também recebemos uma pequena compensação. Mesmo assim, é uma pena para um Steigenberger. Eu também olhei para outros comentários, há muitos com os mesmos problemas. Deve-se ser capaz de fazer melhor. Talvez até renovar os quartos. Você diz que teria sido feito em 2016, mas ainda faltam 5 anos e infelizmente o estrago não foi embora.

The Steigenberger Koln is a great hotel. I come here for both work and vacation. It is a nice central location. Numerous restaurants of every kind within walking distance.

Buen sitio para una cena rápida o tomar una cerveza. La música es muy agradable y el servicio bastante bueno. El ambiente está compartido con el lobby del hotel, pero también tiene una pequeña habitación para quien quiera más privacidad. La único negativo es la carta que es muy limitada.

Una vergüenza de hotel. Después de tener una reserva con 2 meses de antelación, al llegar allí me dicen que no tienen habitaciones libres. Además intentaron engañarme ofreciéndome un hotel que según ellos estaba céntrico a 10 minutos del Steigenberg, cosa que era mentira (estaba a más de 20 minutos andando). Al final me ofrecieron otro a 10 minutos andando, pero ya no estaba en la zona donde yo quería alojarme. Se aprovechan porque al ser extranjero no sabes dónde poner una reclamación formal, y tampoco me iba a poner a buscar otro hotel para ese mismo fin de semana sin saber la oferta disponible en la ciudad. En definitiva, no lo recomiendo ya que te pueden dejar tirados al llegar allí. Un hotel de esa categoría no se puede permitir hacer estas cosas. ¿Para qué quieren los teléfonos de contacto si ni siquiera te avisas de cambios o cancelaciones de la reserva?

Para tener tanta estrella me parece que le faltan servicios como gimnasio o spa. Deben tener uno concertado pero ni te informan. Un pelín alejado del centro pero con la parada de metro justo debajo. Pero: Las habitaciones amplias, modernas y limpias. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. Yo añadiría algo de lechuga etc para ensalada. El personal muy amable
