“The atmosphere at the hotel was beautiful but it was way to dark in the lobby. Because it's so narrow and zig zags, it was hard to locate the elevators. Location to me was undesirable.Sorry, bitI forgot to mention the service. I attended a wedding where the service was very unorganized. The couple specified a time line for the 4 course dinner so that all the guests can enjoy themselves on the dance floor. I did not know what to expect but the appetizer course came out with no issue. Everything went downhill from there.The 2nd course was a pasta dish which was tasteless and the pasta sat so long before it being served that the pasta got hard it was basically uneatable so that was a waste. The servers were not collectively working together. Now for the main dish but the time between the pasta dish and main dish took about a half hour before it was served piecemeal. Thatwas a little better but not what a top restaurant would serve at a wedding. Again it took forever to collect the main course.The final course, dessert, was the worst. The time between the main course and dessert took even longer to serve and the wait service would bring out one plate at a time. The was no group effort to make any sort of impression for the restaurant let alone for the chef and the kitchen staff. Finally, no coffee withe the dessert, disappointing to say the least. I hope this doesn't affect the hotel's restaurant cause that would be a shame.”

“Visited the hotel on our honeymoon and the team really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had an incredible time. Midway through our stay, we had an issue with a noise in our room that couldn’t be easily fixed so the team ensured we moved to a different room and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Their doormen are super helpful with everything from local tips, directions and helping get a cab. The thing we loved most about the hotel - after its incredible decor - is its fantastic location. We walked everywhere from Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park from the location. If you’re looking to treat yourself, we definitely recommend it.”
