I tried some of the food at seasonal tastes restaurant and it all taste great. The only things that needs improvement for me is that the food is cold already when being serve. The waiter is very friendly and know all of the menus quite well. The price worth the taste. Also the food seelction is quite much from all around the world like western, india and etc...

- The room is very spacious and large, large beds and pillows, as well as clean room and bathroom with elegant and elite design. The restaurant food taste amazing with atmospheric ambience. The sky lobby is very exquisite as it have a modern. The wifi is ultimately fast which makes me easier to do my work and access browsers. The staff here treat me professionally as they are friendly and fast in responding things. The view from this hotel is very breathtaking as I can see the entire city of Jakarta without and car or motorcycle noises.
- My input to this hotel is just to improve the food service at the lounge because when I ordered the food, the food came out for a long time.
But overall, perfect 5 star hotel for family and business! Definitely staying at this hotel again in the future.

Opening again after being close for 3 months, their service was on point.
All staffs were helpful.
Sadly the pool was still close.
