“Food was very good! Ismael attended to all our needs poolside. He was very nice and accommodating. Hotel does NOT enforce the no children rule at the adult pool. There were kids everywhere on the weekends! Splashing, screaming and running around! This is unacceptable! The adults have only 1 pool and there are 4 others that the parents with children could be using! This would have been a 5 star rating if it were not for the kids at the adult pool.”

“Our room was excellent. The lobby and view on the resort and the sea are superb. However the overall surroundings need maintenance and care. Service was really so so, with many service persons not being caring nor smiling. We had half-inclusive (breakfast and dinner): limited to buffet in a single of their restaurants, with low to medium quality food, always the same three snacks (hot dog, burger, chips). There were no musicians, shows, whatever. The beach was small, and unluckily jellyfish and stingrays one day and dark water the other day. So most were near the pools, but with chairs having no cushions, so very uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience that we did not expect in a Westin resort.”
