“Had super high hopes for this place when booking for my honeymoon. The place is gorgeous and well kept (except for the flooded elevator outside of our room) but service has been very sub par. The vibe is cold and unwelcoming everywhere except the rooftop. Everytime you walk through the halls and pass a worker they stop and ask you what room number you’re in… Lastly and most unfortunate is the fact that I ordered chicken tenders for room service and noticed they were raw inside. When calling the front desk, explaining to them I got sick from being served raw meat and asking for a refund on that charge they responded with “there were no other complaints so we can’t refund you”. All in all, there are plenty of warm and accommodating places in Playa that will appreciate your business much more. Pay for a day pass to the pool instead of staying here. I know I never will again.”
