Highly recommended, the staff is very kind. Very clean facility, food is great! Views are awesome, do not think about it twice, spend the extra money and stay here. You will not regret. Elijah & Hector our assistants was very helpful. We are definitely coming here again!

My wife and I just spent our honeymoon here. We stayed 9 days 8 nights, in the rock royalty ocean view king with personal assistant. The room was superb, walk out to multiple pools and a great ocean view. The hotel and room were very clean and maintained. The service was excellent. Our personal assistants, Gerkyl and Carlos, were extremely helpful with all of our requests and questions, and we were not easy to deal with. All around the food, restaurants and service were fantastic. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back for future visits.

Amazing ocean views, turquoise blue water! Large pool with fun entertainment and lots of classic rock and music you can sing along too. Super attentive staff that is happy to suggest fun frozen drinks, like a Miami Vice or a Tripical Cancun! Restaurants offer creative cuisine, from Asian, Italian, Mexican and a steakhouse. Large buffet selections and multiple bars that have sandwiches, smoothies and lite bites. Rooms are nicely sized, full jacuzzi tub next to the bed, and double vanity. All rooms have a balcony to enjoy the views.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Staying As an owner I would expect at least normal level service, but instead every time a question is asked the response is “no.” Do not expect “rock star service.” We paid for concierge level which actually means nothing. You cannot have alcohol delivered to your room. When we arrived we were told we could have unlimited champagne and wine. After three days, we’re told, only one bottle per day. The bars are only open until 11, which means your all inclusive stay is really limited to their hours, not your vacation schedule. Items promised in the room at the concierge level are not present. (Do not may extra for them! You will not get them, the response to everything is “no”). The hotel has not been updated in years. The food is mediocre at best. You can only order from a limited menu. If you want room service, there is a special limited menu. Try ordering breakfast, you have to order an hour before they stop serving or else they are onto lunch dinner. So you really cannot have anything you want, when you want it. I am highly disappointed with our stay, this place is NOT worth the money. I do recommend a lady in concierge named Diana. She apparently takes costumer service very seriously and finds a way to say “yes.” She is 5 stars. Unfortunately, she is not available at all times. I have asked to speak to a manager three times, no such luck. Enjoy your extremely expensive stay in a highly stressful “no” to everything resort. We will not be back!

Our stay was great! Food was okay, very small portions. Bartenders were awesome, drinks were not too strong or not too weak. The staff was also great, very upfront and helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay the best. Our assistants for the week Elijah and Alex we're a great help, and we really appreciated having them as assistants for the week. They were both a great representation of the hard rock. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Me and my husband are here on our honeymoon, we don’t know what the negative reviews are about.... don’t listen to the negative reviews! Fernando is absolutely amazing bartender and one of our best friends now!!!! Perfect views!!! The spring rolls at ZEN are to die for & the sushi! We paid extra to do dinner on the beach & let me tell you, it’s worth it! So do it! Also, if this is stopping you because they allow children, don’t let it, so we’ll behaved and they aren’t bothering us at all! And lastly, the doors are sound proof, we couldn’t believe how well it drowned out the music when we closed the door on the balcony! All I can say it’s amazing! Thank you guys for making this the best honeymoon for us!

Awesome! Can't wait to come back again! Got this place for a fantastic price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm so thankful I stayed at my favorite hotel for less than what I normally pay. I’ve been going to this specific hotel for 3 years now and I plan on making next year my 4th! My family and I always have the greatest time ever at the Hard Rock and we’ve come to make it our go to vacation spot! Everything is so great there, the rooms, the food, the entertainment, the beach, absolutely everything! Amazing staff too, absolutely lovely people! Love love LOVE this hotel!

My stay at Hard Rock was amazing everything was good. The food, the rooms were cleaned everyday. I had an amazing oceanfront view. My only issue was the day before we left $1000 US dollars was missing from our room. We reported it and was told a 72 hour investigation would be done. I left the hotel on 2/24/21 and as of today no one has reached out to me to tell me the result of my investigation. I’ve tried reaching out to them several times and my calls get transferred and my issue is not resolved. The experience was amazing they just need to hire honest staff. I’ve never had money stolen from me on any other resort that I have been to out of the country. If you plan on staying here beware of your cash and belongings.

What a wonderful all inclusive experience being our first time in Cancun & at the hard rock hotel! The zen restaurant was our #1 spot to go to for breakfast, we loved the service there and food was wonderful! Super friendly staff all throughout the resort is what made it very welcoming! They did have a romantic dinner which ended up in a engagement for me which I had no idea was coming! The staff was super helpful planning and making it turned out perfect! We did go to the bar in the hotel lobby our first night Ivan the server took care of us and is the reason why we want to come back with our friends. Ivan was such a wonderful server and made sure we always had another full drink in our hands before we even had the time to ask for another one. Overall 10/10 recommend staying here next time you come visit!

We have been coming to Cancun for since 1995. This is the first time we have been to Hard Rock Resort Cancun, and it certainly wont be the last! We loved this place so much we became members thanks to Valeria in the Rock Royalty department! We look forward to many many more years of memories at this resort!

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun-we had an amazing time at this resort, excellent food and service I can’t complain at all their personal are amazing! My only recommendation is for them is to update the resort because it looks a little outdated but other than that we loved our stay here and we are definitely coming back!

Exceptional stay! Everything about this place was great. The food was on another level compared to other all inclusive I've experienced. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool is amazing. The service was so good. Even though the pool bar was closed, we had very consistent service poolside! I hope to go back to a Hard Rock Hotel again someday!

I am currently at this place and I am living the worst holidays of my life . After reading so many wonderful reviews and researching about this hotel I decided to purchase a package thru Costco travel. I’m been to countless all inclusive hotels in Latin America. I’ve been to the best hotels in Cuba and the Caribbean. I know the all inclusive hotel concept really well and if you read me, trust my review . Don’t ever come to this place. I am not going to go more deep into details because I am escalating this matter to higher instances, but I thought that if you were planing to come to Cancun you deserve to know this Not the right place to come.

(Review at reopening) Average rooms, the jacuzzi is nice but it’s somewhat uncomfortable and not very safe (and I’m someone in my late 20s). The restaurant food was very good overall, some dishes were not that good but in general it was tasty and well prepared. Drinks are average but there’s a great variety of options. For the cost I expected the facilities to be more amenable and for more options. All personnel were extremely helpful and friendly.
