“Reservamos uma suíte júnior por uma noite. no Quando chegamos ao hotel, o check-in foi bastante rápido. Então a desilusão no quarto: isso deveria ser uma suíte júnior!? Depois de se refrescar e admirar a poeira do banheiro, o telefone tocou. "Você reservou uma suíte, e se cometeu um erro, por favor, venha à recepção, vamos trocar os ingressos." Arrumamos nossa bagagem e descemos quatro andares para trocar os ingressos. A suíte estava então limpa e arrumada. O café-da-manhã na manhã seguinte foi o pior que já tive em um hotel NH. Além disso, a equipe foi muito reservada, alguns diriam rude. Mais de três estrelas não estavam lá.”
