“The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The beds are slightly smaller than queen sized, more like a double bed.
Convenient access to Universal and to restaurants.
We didn't really receive any service, I suppose if we had called down we could have requested more towels or toiletries, we had just enough though.
Front desk staff were friendly.
Tip: there is a FREE shuttle bus to Universal, however, availability for the early times fills up quick. I recommend scheduling a day ahead. Otherwise it is a 20 to 25 minute walk, which is doable, but you'll be walking all day. 😉”

“Stayed here for a weekend getaway in Orlando. We were really impressed with this hotel! Many of the resort amenities without the resort fee. We especially enjoyed the HUGE hot tub and heated pool. The bar and grill was chaotic, a bit understaffed, and mediocre in quality, but we needed a drink and something to eat after our flight-and they provided! Room was clean and in good shape, location is great! For the price we would certainly return.”
