“Service was good, and good views of the downtown skyline. Faucet popped off the wall while I was taking a shower, reason for the 3 star rating. That said, they did manage to "fix" it promptly. Did not use the shower subsequently to see how that fared. Location is strategically decent. If for work, traffic might need to be factored in but quick access to I30. Also was undergoing construction,so might have been a factor.”

When we arrived, they gave us an unclean room. After we switch to another room, the AC was leaking. They came to fix it but also made our sheet get dirty.
I made a reservation on AGODA and paid it all, but they charged me again. After we told them the mistake on the first day we check-in, they made us wait and refund us till two weeks after we check-out.
The manager Brandon Gray need to responsible for the whole thing, but he is not a responsible person. His attitude is really bad. He knew the situation we had from the first day we stayed, but he did nothing till we leave. When we tried to find him to solve the problem, his colleagues always said he is taking his day off.
If you want to have a wonderful vacation, don't go to this hotel. I really disappointed with their service.
