“Not impressed. Arrived to check in and they had lost part of the reservation info from my company to pay for the room, which took an hour to sort out before checking in. Finally checked in and the room I was given had a big cart full of junk parts right at the entrance when I walked in. I get the room switched and in the new room there are holes in the wall, dark stains on the bedding and of course the wifi is garbage (it connects and disconnects itself every 20-30 seconds) . I decided to try the wired connection and the port is broken. I haven't even had breakfast yet and I'm already unimpressed with almost everything about this hotel. Probably one of the worst I've stayed in (and I travel a lot!). It's a shame to say because I've always preferred the Hilton brand but when I have to stay in this area I'll probably end up staying at the Marriott instead from now on.”

Sempre foi muito tranqüila, o buffet de café-da-manhã realmente ir ao local para me indo para o dia. Eles também tinham a minha marca favorita de chá em vários sabores diferentes. Por último, mas não menos importante, a equipe foi sempre cordial e me cumprimentou com um sorriso cada vez que eu entrei no lobby. Definitivamente vou ficar lá novamente quando estou na área.”
