“The staff are really friendly, but my room was a big disappointment.
Everything was really worn out: the floor looks like it has been there for decades, loose wires were coming out of the telephone, the doors were damaged and there was even mold in the corners on the ceiling (see pictures).
This is certainly not a 4-star hotel and not worth the money they're asking. There are far better hotels in Brussels for the same price.”

“This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The only two, go to the staff and breakfast.
Maintenance is ridiculous, from the previous century being more precise.
Hot rooms, small beds, horrible towels.
Fire alarm issues in the middle of the night.
You could find some place better paying the same.
Not my first bad experience in a NH hotel. This was the last time.”
