“The staff are really friendly, but my room was a big disappointment.
Everything was really worn out: the floor looks like it has been there for decades, loose wires were coming out of the telephone, the doors were damaged and there was even mold in the corners on the ceiling (see pictures).
This is certainly not a 4-star hotel and not worth the money they're asking. There are far better hotels in Brussels for the same price.”

“Excellent hotel, everything was perfect and worth the price. Very nice staff, we get free very early check-in. Comfy large beds and tasty breakfast with many variations. Location is also perfect for city walks. To the negative side - there is no minibar in the rooms, you need to buy everything on the reception. But thats not that big deal.”
