“Not very impressed here. The room was nice, except for the fact the fridge didn't cool. Ice had to be gotten from front desk, along with cups. NO drinks available at all this included coffee.(had to exit hotel and walk down the block for morning coffee) Staff was friendly and pleasant but this didn't help with the inconvenience of snacks or drinks in the room. Most likely will not be returning”

“Sempre um hotel de serviço de nível superior. No centro da Times Square e do Bryant Park. Ótimo para um fim de semana em Nova York. Não há estacionamento no local ou manobrista, mas logo ao lado há um aluguel de empresa e garagem de estacionamento. A equipe é atenciosa e fez a nossa primeira estadia lá especial.
