“The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Check in was a little slow, but with help from another associate I was checked in. The biggest gripe I have is their shuttle service…allow a ton of extra time to get you to the airport. The shuttle runs every 20-25 minutes from the hotel however it could take another 30 minutes just to get to your terminal with all the stops it will make. Definitely room for improvement with their shuttle service and how it stops at specific terminals.”

“We have stayed at the Renaissance in Atlanta, Ga, and never had any issues. Recently, we flew in and booked Renaissance Hotel in Los Angles due to my graduation. During check-in I asked for additional washcloths because we were staying for a week.
I was told by the front, they ran out of washcloths. How do you have a beautiful hotel, charge astronomical prices, and not have washcloths?
On day 2, I called the front desk again no wash clothes, and they apologized and promised to deduct money off of our bill. For the rest of the week, they gave us hand towels to wash.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the bar area is nice.
They removed all high-touched appliances out of the rooms, but they have a coffee pot. They don’t have a microwave in your rooms you have to go to the 2nd floor where everyone in the hotel has to use the same microwave.
Not to mention, the hotel has no smoking which is great, but the entire lobby smells like weed.
I would not recommend this hotel.
Lack of communication is a downfall for this hotel. I found out after asking to have my room cleaned that they only clean your room every 3 days, so what are you paying for.”
