“Located in a prime area of New York city, mid-town Manhattan, this hotel has everything a business or leisure traveler could ask for. The location makes access to businesses, shopping, restaurants, and shopping only a brief enjoyable walk away. The staff are all professionally trained to respond to your every need and want. The Club lounge is staffed with several concierges, all of whom are eager to give information on a variety of activities and things to see in NYC. We enjoyed every moment, and can't wait to return. The club lounge was spectacular- excellent staff There wasn't anything we didn't like.”
