“Came here for a quick day trip for my wife's bday. Everything was great until we flipped the comforter back and the bed sheets and pillow were covered in hair and blood stains. The managers offered to give us a new room right away but the room we ended up in was unfortunately not as nice as the original. Every other room was booked and it was the best they could do according to them. The manager also offered $50 off for the inconvenience. I would have preferred they keep their $50 and just give us a room that was clean and equivalent. Staff was friendly, drinks were good, it's self parking. Valet is available certain times which makes it hard to unload your things. Things would have been great but the bed situation ruined it all. It's just not acceptable to give someone a dirty bed of all things. “An underwhelming experience. Over $300 per night, and they put you in a basement room. I paid the full standard rate, and not some discounted rate with the understanding I would be put in a basement room. They try to make you feel better about it by telling you it’s larger. The room has a view of the sidewalk, and was loud because you could hear everyone right outside your room in front of the hotel.The fan and air conditioning in the room was also very loud and located right next to the bed where you are sleeping. It was impossible to turn it off because then it became too hot in the room. It made sleeping very difficult.They also asked us if we wanted housekeeping when we checked in, and we said yes. However, no housekeeping came the next day. We did ask for new towels, and they were very quick at bringing these to us however.On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location and the staff we dealt with were all very pleasant. Maybe their upper floor rooms are better, but I would not stay here again. Una experiencia decepcionante. Más de $300 por noche, y te ponen en una habitación en el sótano. Tal vez las habitaciones de los pisos superiores son mejores, pero no me alojaría aquí de nuevo.”
