“The female receptionist who answered the phone when I called had a disdainful attitude so I had to end the conversation quickly. I said thank you, and that I would leave a review so others could hear about my experience. I won't use her name here, but I asked a very simple question and I did not mean to offend her by it. She must have felt the need to express her opinion about it by her tone and punctuation of voice. I may visit this hotel in the future as it looks upscale and beautiful, but I do believe it is important to have a more professional staff if your hotel room rates are $400+.”

“Service could get better. I have to ask every time for refills of coffee or water. The carpet in the room is too old. No business room or other amenities like sauna or hot tube or pool. More like boutique hotel. Quality of other stuff is good. I like the restrooms here. They have the lux toiletries”
