“No me gustó había que caminar mucho ya que los elevadores casi ninguno funcionaba. Futton no se podía dormir se sentían los sprines, ni intento de limpiarnos la habitación. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y las camas pequeñas. A penas dormimos bien. Aires acondicionados en la noche no se sentían.”

“Rosetta at the Front desk was great!!!! Even on the phone, I called before getting to the hotel to request an early check in, she was really kind, nice and accommodating. Then when I got to the hotel she recognized me and welcomed me, also when I called later to ask some things I wanted to know, she also answered and greeted me again! Service is excellent I would say, you rarely get treated like this in hotels anymore! The only recommendation I have is maintaining the rooms more, the room was very comfortable but it needs some deep cleaning and some paint to be perfect!”
