“Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Easy access via water taxi or a manageable walk to/from parks. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds! The early park admission and express unlimited passes were must-have perks. You won't regret your stay at the Portofino Bay!”

“The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando is great hotel and just a water taxi away from the part entrances. The hotel is lovely and it's great that the Express passes are included in the price! We HIGHLY recommend the Express passes because they are worth it and saved us so much time during the busy summer travel season. The water taxi is very efficient and a great way to get to the park entrances. Note, if it is storming outside, the water taxis don't run. We walked the 0.7 miles back to the hotel via the garden walk (it's a beautiful walk along the river) one evening when it wouldn't stop lightening. I recommend this hotel and location!”
