“I had a very good experience at this hotel. Service was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was quiet at night. We actually had a decent view from our room. And the pool/hot tub area was very nice too”

“Checked in for a one night getaway with my husband leading to Father’s Day festivities.
1. The air conditioner was loud all night and sounded like a loud gurgling sound and motor. We called about it and they offered to send a technician to our room at midnight. They should have offered another room.
2. The shower drain was clogged and we had to stand in a pool of water and turn the shower off so the shower floor would not flood.
3. They didn't have an iron! A 5 star hotel that charges between $200 - $300 for this room type didn’t have this basic amenity. We had some items which needed ironing that we needed because we were headed to an event. It took them 20 minutes to get us an iron. The one they brought was faulty and leaking water. I had to physically go to the front desk, ask again and wait for someone to get me an iron. My young son and niece had to wait with complete strangers for 40 minutes because we couldn’t get out in time to get them where they were being dropped off. Also, we were extremely late to our event.
Lack of quality control.
