This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Exceptional and friendly customer service. From the front door to front desk and restaurant service. All we’re incredibly attentive, helpful, smiling and appreciative. So good in fact I struggle with remembering a better experience checking into a hotel. Kayla at reception was proactive, engaging and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Checked in for a one night getaway with my husband leading to Father’s Day festivities. 1. The air conditioner was loud all night and sounded like a loud gurgling sound and motor. We called about it and they offered to send a technician to our room at midnight. They should have offered another room. 2. The shower drain was clogged and we had to stand in a pool of water and turn the shower off so the shower floor would not flood. 3. They didn't have an iron! A 5 star hotel that charges between $200 - $300 for this room type didn’t have this basic amenity. We had some items which needed ironing that we needed because we were headed to an event. It took them 20 minutes to get us an iron. The one they brought was faulty and leaking water. I had to physically go to the front desk, ask again and wait for someone to get me an iron. My young son and niece had to wait with complete strangers for 40 minutes because we couldn’t get out in time to get them where they were being dropped off. Also, we were extremely late to our event. Lack of quality control. Terrible service. Terrible experience. Stay somewhere else.

Exceptional and friendly customer service. From the front door to front desk and restaurant service. All we’re incredibly attentive, helpful, smiling and appreciative. As vistas eram incríveis. Fiquei semana passada aqui. O quarto era limpo e pronto quando chegamos. É anexado ao shopping para algumas compras agradáveis! Eu pedi no menu do serviço de quarto várias vezes e o serviço foi sempre bastante rápido, embora uma vez houvesse um item que não recebi e outra vez um dos lados estava frio. No geral, a comida tem um bom sabor. Eu vim com minha avó e consegui uma sala de mobilidade. Eu estava esperando um chuveiro walk-in, que tinha, mas também pensei que o banheiro seria mais alto, o que não era. Além disso, quando estacionamos sem manobrista, tivemos muita dificuldade em navegar para o lado do hotel com a cadeira de rodas e a saída da rampa. A porta que dava para o hotel não tinha uma porta para deficientes, se bem me lembro. A equipe com manobrista foi incrível e útil. A melhor coisa sobre este lugar foi a localização.

The views were awesome. I stayed last week here. The room was clean and ready when we checked in. It is attached to the mall for some nice shopping! I ordered from the room service menu several times and the service was always pretty fast although once there was an item I didn't get and another time one of the sides was cold. Overall the food has a good flavor. I came with my grandma and got a mobility room. I was expecting a walk-in shower, which it had, but I also thought the toilet would be higher, which it was not. Also when self parking, we had a really hard time navigating to the hotel side with the wheelchair and ramp exit. The door leading into the hotel didn't have a handicapped door if I remember correctly. The valet staff was awesome and helpful. Best thing about this place was the location.

We were just delighted with our Hotel stay at the JW Marriott in Buckhead.. the friendly representation from the front desk was very pleasant the velvet and baggage service was excellent. Our room was just wonderful and very comfortable. We truly appreciate the caring individuals who assisted us on our four day stay.

Tudo é a la cart, e exorbitante. O serviço de quarto do café da manhã era uma xícara de café de papel, US$ 7, dois ovos, bacon e batatas US$ 20, mais US$ 4 de taxa de entrega, mais 20% de gorjeta. Os ovos estavam ótimos, as batatas estavam frias. Quarto era confortável, enorme TV, mini-frigorífico. A equipe foi agradável. I had a very good experience at this hotel. Service was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was quiet at night. We actually had a decent view from our room. And the pool/hot tub area was very nice too

Stayed here for a conference, and paid conference (lower) rates. Pretty lobby/bar area, but I missed my complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea service all day at HI. Everything is a la cart, and exorbitant. Breakfast room service was one paper cup of coffee, $7, two eggs, bacon, and potatoes $20, plus $4 delivery fee, plus 20% gratuity added. Eggs were great, potatoes were cold. Room was comfortable, huge TV, mini-fridge. Staff was pleasant. A shopping center, with a food court, is physically connected to the hotel.

The staff was super sweet and friendly from the time my boyfriend checked me in. I was there for my boyfriends game and with so much going on you would’ve never known because the staff handles everything with ease. I did unfortunately ended up leaving my make up bag and couldn’t get it immediately but thanks to Karl at lost and found he made sure everything i left got mailed to me through fed ex. I love the staff, they made me feel like family and was always on their toes

O hotel fica no coração de Buckhead, a uma curta caminhada de Lenox Square e Phipps Mall. Dá-lhe uma sensação geral de um exterior de 5 estrelas e nas áreas do átrio. A sala é espaçosa e tem muita luminosidade. O conforto das camas é bom, pois uma delas é muito flácida. O banheiro é espaçoso, claro, mas o fluxo de água do chuveiro é muito baixo. O quarto deve ser para não fumantes, mas posso sentir o cheiro da fumaça da roupa de cama quando me deito. A piscina está meio suja com algum tipo de excremento flutuando. Não sei por que não há ninguém cuidando da piscina. O estacionamento em garagem é muito caro, com estacionamento sem manobrista de $ 35 e $ 45 com manobrista por noite.

The hotel is in the heart of Buckhead with walking distance to Lenox Square and Phipps Mall. It gives you an overall feel of a 5-star outside and in the lobby areas. The room is spacious with a lot of brightness. The comfort of the beds is OK since one of them is very saggy. The bathroom is spacious, bright, but the water flow of the shower is too low.The room is supposed to be smoke-free but I can smell smoke from the bed linens when I laydown. The pool is kind of dirty with some kind of droppings floating. Not sure why there is no one taking care of the pool. Garage parking is very expensive with $35 self-parking and $45 valet per night.

Amei aqui! A maioria dos hotéis não fica limpa durante o COVID devido ao número de funcionários. Este hotel excedeu as minhas expectativas. Eu sou um defensor da limpeza de hotéis. Eu retornarei. 4 estrelas porque o chuveiro era tão minúsculo. Tivemos que desligar a água para tomar banho confortavelmente.

Love it here! Most hotels don't stay clean during COVID due to staffing. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I am a stickler for hotel cleanliness. I will be back. 4 stars because the shower was so tiny. We had to turn the water off to shower comfortably.

Kimberly was AMAZING!! As a fellow Marriott employee, SHE should definitely be the face of the entire company!! She MOST definitely went above and beyond anything I expected! Both as a fellow employee, and a guest!! She upgraded me to a bigger room with a better view of the city! All accomodations we're definitely 10/10! This is mostly a praise for Kimberly and her WONDERFUL customer service, but the entire staff was very welcoming and "warm" as one might say. So...... Please stay here and hopefully you get the pleasure of experiencing what TRUE southern hospitality with a smile feels like!!

Minha estadia de duas noites com minha irmã foi linda. Pessoal tão amável e paciente. Espero que em minha futura estadia eles atualizem os travesseiros ... eles eram tão macios que eu poderia dobrar minas três vezes. Hotel muito limpo e tranquilo que está conectado ao Lenox Square Mall. Check-in fácil com o funcionário da recepção. Profissional e sem complicações. Eles oferecem estacionamento com manobrista para os hóspedes interessados, mas se não, você ainda pode usar a garagem de estacionamento sem manobrista, que custa US $ 35 por noite. Não há queixas aqui. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.

No geral, uma estadia agradável. Bela vista do horizonte da cidade. Fiquei aqui por uma noite para celebrar o aniversário de meus maridos. O banheiro é bastante moderno. No entanto, notei um fio de cabelo na pia e uma mancha amarela incrustada na parte de trás do vaso sanitário. No geral, o check-in foi fácil. Ele está convenientemente localizado em frente a um bom restaurante tailandês e está conectado ao shopping Lennox. O manobrista custa US $ 32 por dia.

My two night stay with my sister was beautiful.Such kind hearted and patient staff. Hopefully in my future stay they'll upgrade the pillows...they were so soft i could fold mines three times. I didn't complain to the staff about them cause seriously I kept forgetting until it was time for bed. But I will definitely stay at any JW Marriott.

Very clean and quiet hotel that's connected to Lenox Square Mall. Easy check in with the front desk clerk. Professional and hassle free. They do offer valet parking for guest who are interested, but if not, you can still use the self parking garage which is $35 a night. No complaints here. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a nice stay. Beautiful view of the city skyline. Stayed here for a night to celebrate my husbands birthday. The bathroom is very modern. However I did notice a hair on the sink, and a yellow encrusted stain in the back of the toilet. All in all check in was easy. It’s conveniently located across from a nice Thai restaurant and it is connected to Lennox mall. Valet is $32 per day.
